Tender pieces of steak with aioli shallot, and seasonings

Bonjour! Steak Tartare is a classic French appetizer that I love to eat when I go to a steakhouse or French bistro. Small pieces of minced beef with a few seasonings, egg yolk on top, drizzle of aioli, and served with a tasty bread or cracker. The first time I had this dish was during my study abroad in Paris, France...I can't remember the exact restaurant; but I remember enjoying it so much that I ordered it several more times when I lived there. The French know good food, and you can't go wrong with Steak Tartare to kick off a meal.
