Caramelized onion and brie pastry puffs

It’s time for the perfect holiday appetizer: Caramelized Onion and Brie Pastry Puffs. These use Dufour Pastry Kitchen's gluten free puff pastry and are filled with caramelized onions and Brie cheese. I’m all for a great bite pre holiday dinner, which means Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's or whatever holiday your heart desires. They give me vibes of the puff pastry bites I ate as a kid from Costco, and the ones with some sort of cheese inside were always my favorite. I'm warning you...let them cool before eating cause they will be very hot on the inside after baking.
