Ooey gooey steak nachos

I love Nachos, and I’ll never say no to a tray of Steak Nachos like this one. Nachos is something I will always order at a restaurant when there are celiac safe chips. There's just a nostaglic feeling to my childhood when I'm eating nachos. You’ve got chips, cheese, beans, steak, all the veggies and sour cream. Nacho night is here to stay and you can find my recipe in the official cornhole cookbook.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Serves 4-6
Steak Nachos Ingredients
12 oz tortilla chips
8 oz cheese, Monterey Jack and cheddar combination
1 15 oz can black beans drained, cooked and mashed
1 lb steak cooked and diced
Steak seasoning
Lettuce shredded for garnish
1 tomato chopped
Guacamole for garnish
Sour cream for garnish
Cilantro for garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to broil. Place chips on cookie sheet.
Top with cheese and cook for 2 mins until melted.
Remove from oven and top with beans and steak. Cook for 2 mins.
Remove from oven and garnish with lettuce, tomato, guacamole, sour cream and cilantro.
