Big burger with a blend of beef and chorizo, topped with cheese, caramelized onions, jalapeno, avocado crema and lettuce
Burger Night with Chorizo and Beef Burgers inspired by Hopdoddy. Hopdoddy was one of my go to burger spots in Dallas, and they shared a burger that looked so mouthwatering good on their feed the other week. It starts with a Beef and Chorizo patty, topped with queso fresco cheese, grilled onions, jalapeños, lettuce and avocado crema. I put my own spin on it and make sure it’s 100% gluten free. It’s one big burger, spicy and plenty of flavor plus texture packed in every bite. Serve it up with fries and burger night is in full swing!
