Passover treat with matzah, caramel, chocolate and sprinkles
Chag Pesach! Passover is coming to an end and there’s nothing better for a sweet treat than Matzah Crack. It’s matzah, caramel, chocolate and sprinkles. Once it’s put together and set, it’s time to break into bite size pieces and get snacking. You get the crunch of the matzah, the sweetness of the caramel, the creaminess of the chocolate and the touch of sweet from sprinkles on top.

Ingredients
1 box GF Matzah
2 c Caramel
2 c melted Chocolate
Sprinkles garnish
Directions
Place parchment paper on cookie sheet and cover with full layer of matzah.
Pour caramel over matzah and let set in freezer for 30 mins.
Pour chocolate over caramel and garnish with sprinkles. Let set at least 2 hours in freezer.
