First Post on the Site

Updated: Jan 15

This post has been a long time coming with my initial goal to start a website other than just my Instagram when I achieved 1,000 followers. I never thought I would reach that milestone...let alone over 3,000 followers. My goal with starting this all from the beginning was to help raise awareness for Celiac Disease and show off my gluten free cooking.

Here we are a little over two years since I was diagnosed, and I am sharing my thoughts with everyone. I got started on this website in May 2021 late one night and continued it on and off for a month. I had never built a website before let alone be tech or IT savvy. With the long weekend for Christmas and not celebrating (since I'm Jewish), I figured what better time to try and get the website done. After a few obstacles along the way and lots of trial and error, it is finally live.

I always tell my followers to follow your dreams, and I am now following mine. Stay tuned here as I share more insight into my life, gluten free food, recipes, travels, you name it.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.
